Page Rank… The goal of SEO
Page Rank… The goal of SEO
Page rank is the ultimate goal of your SEO efforts but what is page rank? The short definition is the position and page you show up on when some one searches for a term.
If a person goes and does a term search and there are 1.7 million results with 10 results showing per page and your site ends up on page 23,482.. your page rank sucks!
On the other hand if your site shows up on page one you are in the top 90% of the sites viewed and you can be sure that your page rank is good. Point of note… 90% of all clicks to a site originate from the sites shown on page one and 8.7% from page 2 the remainder come from lower pages. Continue reading

The Phoenix Effect II… How To Go From Zero to Hero In Life
The Problem
In the past have you ever made a resolution or commitment to something and then 4 weeks later… your back to the same old same old? You know what I mean…
*that pledge to quit smoking,
*the commitment to go to the gym and start working out
*no more speeding (right after you get that ticket)
*no more poker games
*no more late night snacks (after this one)
*the promise you made to yourself to quit that dead end job and do something that will let you be your own boss and really make some money.
You know you have the will power, your strong enough and smart enough!
So why is there always a good reason to justify not keeping your promise?

*your in a relationship that restricts you

The Phoenix Effect… How To Go From Zero to Hero In Life

The answer is simply “BOTH” are recommended as the spiders take their own sweet time. Remember SEO can be taught but has few exact rules. It is almost an art form and each situation, site etc is unique and the identical search engine optimization techniques for two different sites may produce somewhat different results.
If your site is out there, has fresh and unique content, has a properly formatted RSS feed and is updated on a regular basis then SEO becomes a natural result of your efforts and no further action needs to be taken as the search engines will do their job in due course. Continue reading
Hey, Can I get some Service Please?

The family business in those days was that of a furniture and cabinet maker. My grandpa provided his services to the whole town and a few near outlying farms. Now I use the term services very loosely here as the meaning has changed over the years
Once upon a time the customer was King or Queen and anyone who provided for them did so as a service, even if it involved material goods. People came to my grandpa and asked him if he could make a specific piece for them and he did so. Continue reading
